Held in the comfort of your own home
These sessions are pure relaxation, no therapy involved. They are not hypnotherapy sessions as there is no goal or target, it's hypnosis without the psychotherapy. During these sessions you will learn how to calm your mind, switch off from the world and enjoy a wonderfully relaxing hypnosis session. Relaxation hypnosis is great for busy lifestyles and people who struggle to relax or just need to take some time out. Hypnosis is used to ease your mind into a calm and relaxed state, reducing the stress chemicals, cortisol and adrenaline, bringing your body back to balance. Although these sessions won't involve therapy, they will help alleviate stress and anxiety that can affect our day to day lives and also help you to sleep better too.
As mentioned above, these sessions are online in the comfort of you own home. The sessions are not interactive so you are able to have your camera and microphone switched off so you can get cosy under your duvet and even be in pyjamas.
These sessions will run on the first Sunday of every month at 7pm on Google Meet for 30 minutes
You will need a phone/laptop/computer/tablet and be able to log on at least 10 minutes before, in case of technical issues.
Please join from a warm safe comfortable place , such as the settee or bed, somewhere where you will not be disturbed.
Note: These sessions are suitable for most people but if you have any mental health conditions such as schizophrenia or psychosis then please consult a doctor prior to booking.
