• Free Initial Consultation

The Initial Consultation  can take up to 1 hour. This is where we get to know each other better and I will explain a little bit about the brain and why you feel as you do. Following this, if you would like to proceed, we will book you in for your first session the following week and payment must be made  at time of booking to guarantee your time slot.  Please see my cancellation policy here if changes need to be made to your appointment

• Home visit Consultation

£25 for the initial consultation if conducted within a clients home, this is to cover travelling time and fuel costs.  This is payable on booking and is non-refundable. (Location Dependent)

• Hypnotherapy Session

£45 per session.  Please see any current discounts under special offer here

Each Hypnotherapy session lasts up to 1 hour.  The session involves psychotherapy alongside hypnosis. Payment must be made at the end of each session for the following  week or your time slot cannot be guaranteed.  Please see my cancellation policy here  if changes need to be made to your appointment. The price per session is for online or home visit appointments.  Any extra cost associated with a home visit is dependent on location.

• 1 to 1 Relaxation Hypnosis Session

£25 per session.  Please see any current discounts under special offer here

Each relaxation hypnosis session lasts 30 minutes.  The sessions do not involve psychotherapy, only hypnosis, therefore no initial consultation is required. The sessions can be face to face or online.  Payment is to be made on booking. Please see my cancellation policy here if changes need to be made to your appointment. 

Note: if you require hypnotherapy please see hypnotherapy sessions above as this is hypnosis without the therapy

• Smoking / Vaping Cessation

£130 for a one off session.  This session does not require an Initial Consultation and the duration is 1.5 to 2 hours. Payable on booking.  Please see my cancellation policy here if changes need to be made for your appointment

• Hypno Gastric Band

£380 for the 5-week program, with an optional follow up session available up to 3 months after 'surgery'. 

Week 1 of the Gastric Band Hypnosis program starts with an assessment session to ensure it's the right fit for you. Once we decide to proceed, payment is due immediately

• Walking Therapy

Individual Waking Therapy  £35 per session, payable on booking.  These sessions require an initial consultation to see if walking therapy is suitable for you.

• Group Wellness Walks

Group Wellness Walks £10 per person. Groups should have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 participants. You can join as an individual and be placed on a waiting list until the minimum number is reached, or you can book as a complete group. Payment is required once date has been agreed.
